Pineapple Express
Refreshing, floral with tropical and pine notes. Delicious sours style drink which complements the citrus forward botanicals of lemongrass and makrut lime found in Nàdar gin.
50ml Nàdar Gin
25ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Rosemary syrup
20ml Pineapple juice
4 drops celery bitters (optional)
Shake all ingredients and fine strain.
