ARBIKIE HIGHLAND ESTATE

Our family have been proudly farming our estate on the East Coast of Scotland since 1660. We are craftsmen of the soil and the spirits are shaped by our environment - the red sandstone-tinted soil, the powerful sea and the turbulent weather. They create the unique character to our spirits that is one of a kind.

PROVENANCE & TRACEABILITY

FIELD TO BOTTLE

Our spirits are crafted using the ingredients we source using the land of our estate. We nurture and farm our crops, grow our own juniper & strawberries, and collect honey from our bees. This allows us to be innovative and ensure our spirits are natural and of the finest quality.

Award winning

SUSTAINABLE DISTILLERY

We're the proud recipients of the award for Sustainable Distillery of the Year at the Scottish Whisky Awards in 2020 & 2023.

Our long-term mission is focussed on becoming a fully climate positive distillery. We're already making those steps by minimising waste, using minimal and recyclable packaging, growing our own ingredients, planting thousands of tree's & bushes, and using green energy.

We've also created the World's First Climate Positive spirits with our Nàdar Gin and Nàdar Vodka, which is crafted using our special ingredient - the mighty pea.

FIRST SCOTCH RYE IN OVER 200 YEARS

The inspiration behind using rye runs close to home and has personal ties to our heritage. Records show that, historically, rye whisky was produced at the Arbikie farm by our ancestors back in 1794.

To this day, we continue reviving that tradition alongside using our field to bottle ethos, allowing us to innovate and obtain exceptional quality in all of our releases.
