This characterful gin is named after Alexander Kirkwood Stirling (aka AK). He’s the father of the Stirling brothers and their inspiration for starting Arbikie Distillery.

The honey originates from our bees that forage the local area. The Zulu wheat is grown in our own fields a stones-throw from our distillery. 

It is the creation of our own spirit that sets us apart. As a field to bottle operation, we grow, distil and bottle on our farm.

AK's Gin

AK's is truly a sentimental spirit at Arbikie. Taking it's name from our father, Alexander Stirling (known as AK), and made using ingredients from the farm he was once farmed on. It's the true essence of our field to bottle ethos and family legacy.

Botanicals: Fresh honey, black pepper and cardamom

On the Palate: Warm, spicy background, sweet honey notes, caramel
